The TANKLESS™ Underground Rainwater Storage system is easily installed in a variety of situations being flexible in both shape and capacity.

Note: TANKLESS™ can be installed in both clay and sand/loam soils.

PRICING

Due to accessibility, varying soil types and other circumstances that may result in a longer than standard installation process, the TANKLESS™ installation price may vary.

All sites are subject to a pre-installation inspection firm quote which is valid for 60 days.

CONNECTION FEE

STANDARD – Connection to two down pipes
Add $500 to the cost of the appropriate sized unit to work out your total installation cost.
This cost covers all fittings and connections including:

•	1 hp 60 litre auto pressure sensor pump
•	Leaf Catcher
•	First Flush Diverter
•	Plumbing of all fittings including tap

STORMWATER – Connection to main storm water line (where possible)
Add $950 to the cost of the appropriate sized unit to work out your total installation cost.
This costs covers all fittings and connections as above plus:

•	Sediment Pit

WARRANTY

TANKLESS warrants that:

1.	the fittings, impermeable liner and water storage cells will give satisfactory service for three (3) years;
2.	the pumps are guaranteed by the manufacturers for one (1) year;
3.	its system will deliver at sixty (60) litres per minute more (more than the mains pressure in most areas) until the catchment dries;
4.	warrants that the underground water catchment area will withstand the weight of domestic vehicles and is safe for families and pets to walk on.

TANKLESS shall at its expense, re-perform services or remove, repair or replace parts which prove defective or deficient in violation of this warranty provision. Such repairs shall not extend the warranty period of three (3) years (or one (1) year in the case of the pump).

Dear Darren,

I just wanted to thank you for the excellent work you, and Warren, have done installing my 10,000 litre Tankless system and landscaping my back garden, I really appreciate how quickly you did the work and the quality of the finished product. I love the new deck and my neighbors have commented how realistic the artificial grass looks (and no watering, mowing, weeding, spraying etc.)

I was really pleased with how flexible you were when I wanted to make changes during the works and your willingness to do the right thing to finish the job properly. Also, I appreciated they way you were always looking at the best way to do the work yourself and make sure my garden looked its best.

The Tankless system does exactly what you said it would and will enable me to keep my veggie patch going, and my plants alive, even in the driest months. I was amazed how quickly the tank filled up and I could have a larger capacity because it’s underground. There wouldn’t have been anywhere to put a 10,000 litre tank in my garden! I was also amazed at how easily it went in and the cost compared with having tanks of a similar size installed.

Being able to get the tank and the landscaping done at the same time was also a great idea as it means only digging up the garden once and keeps the disruption to a minimum.

I have been singing your praises to everyone and hopefully they will se the benefits of your services

Dear Darren,

We’d like to take this opportunity to thank you and Warren for a tremendous effort in having our whole garden completed in just five days. We too were thrilled with the end result and we’ve already had many compliments from visitors and passers by.

May I add that we were also extremely please with the professional manner in which you and Warren conducted yourselves at all times, and most impressed with your punctuality, your prompts quote submission, and the clarity and detail shown in all paperwork submitted to us. These apparently rare attributes we have struggled to find in tradesmen since beginning the construction of our home last year.

I would especially like to thank you for allowing me to be such a big part of the creative process and plant selection and I know because of your expertise the garden will grow to become even better than we dreamed. Our only hope is what we can keep it alive in the early stages during this difficult time of drought.
